The Slayfit Pro 5X Program is a 4-week / 12-week, lifestyle-focused fitness plan designed to make regular movement a natural part of your routine. You’ll train 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week in small, in-person micro groups of just 2-3 residents, combining the personal touch of a coach with the motivation of training alongside others. Each week includes 5 structured workout sessions plus 1 active day where your coach suggests and monitors an activity like padel, running, or badminton to keep things fun and varied. With bi-weekly progress check-ins and full access to the Slayfit App, you’ll stay engaged, supported, and consistent. And with no carry-forward of sessions, it’s all about showing up and making fitness a regular part of your everyday life.
