Train for 45 minutes, five days a week, in your own community gym, in small coach-led groups of just 2–3 residents. Fixed timings remove the need to plan, while personal guidance and regular check-ins keep you supported. Along with structured workouts, your coach also encourages simple active days to keep movement natural and sustainable. No carry-forward of sessions — because showing up consistently is what delivers real results.
